Who We Are
Vincent Motholo
(Trustee & Treasurer 2026/2027)
Vincent is an Executive Director: Finance at the University of Cape Town (UCT), previously Vincent was a Director-Partner in the assurance division at an Audit Firm, SNG Grant Thornton, a South African member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd.
Vincent has over 15 years of professional working experience. Vincent worked as a senior lecturer at the University of South Africa lecturing auditing at a postgraduate level and served on several board committees.
Vincent is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) and a Certified Director. He further completed a Stanford LEAD Program with Stanford Graduate School of Business. Currently, Vincent is enrolled for a Master's degree in Development Finance.
Vincent currently serves as the Board Chairman of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Lisa Tonini
(Trustee & Company Secretary 2026/2027)
Lisa is a Director of Fluxmans Inc. a medium-sized law firm operating in Johannesburg and has extensive experience in Land Development, Negotiation, Conveyancing, Land Use Issues and Corporate Law. Lisa was offered partnership at Kallmeyer and Strime where she headed the Conveyancing department which later merged with Fluxmans Inc.
Lisa has been admitted to practice as an Attorney, Conveyancer and a Notary Public. Lisa serves on various other boards, including the Italian South African Chamber of Trade and Industries, and has been as well as a member of the Sectional Titles Regulations Board as of 1 February 2023. Lisa is currently enrolled for a Master’s degree in Advanced Property Studies.
Paolo Senatore
(Trustee & Board Chair 2026/2027)
Paolo joined Melville Douglas, a member of Standard Bank Group, as Global Strategist. Currently, he serves as the Head of South African Equities. Paolo’s experience has been in the world of Finance, more recently as the Chief Investment Officer of Ashburton Investments and prior to that he served as Head of Portfolio Management and the Chief Investment Officer of Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Private Bank.
Paolo has gained extensive experience within the First Rand Group and still serves on several Board committees. Recently, Paolo has been appointed as a non-executive director of Putprop Limited.
Coleen Cronje
(Trustee 2026/2027)
Coleen is the Chief Executive Officer of Brainline Holdings, a long-distance learning institution that specializes in providing curriculum and assessment in a virtual environment for grades R to 12.
She has spent more than 30 years of her career in the field of education.
Coleen serves on several Board committees and pursue various business ventures including in the property sector.
Brandon Raseroka
(Executive & Trustee 2026/2027)
Brandon is the Executive Trustee of the Get Set Trust. His own life experiences and the challenges he has overcome have helped shape the initiatives of the Get Set Trust.
Brandon has accumulated business acumen through experience from working and being raised in a business.
He further completed his SAICA articles in Audit and Assurance elective with Moore, an independent member of Moore South Africa, which is a member of Moore Global.
Brandon heads the finance department as a financial manager for a radiology practice and its management company.
He is concurrently an enrolled with CIMA as a CGMA Candidate.
